Governments have started using e-governance as a mechanism to engender change in their governance systems for achieving development goals and to ensure better service delivery to citizens and other stakeholders. Karvy DigiKonnect works with governments to implement their citizen care services.
We have been working with AP government to support its e-governance initiatives like “1100 – Parishara Vedika” by gauging public perception through IVR & outbound call surveys and handling incoming grievance calls. Service magnitude includes on an average 75,000 incoming calls about grievances, 30 lakh IVR calls, and 100,000 manual outbound calls on any given day of the month.
Another project Mee Seva (Rythu Bandhu) done by Karvy DigiKonnect for AP government. We conducted surveys by IVR and manual calling to check the efficacy and feedback from farmers about the Rythu Bandhu government scheme. Karvy DigiKonnect also created the dialer and CRM to capture survey responses.
