Karvy DigiKonnect started operations in 2015 with a 50 member team managing contact centre and back office services for Banking & Insurance clients from our Hyderabad centre.

We have grown exponentially since inception by focusing on service delivery and providing value to our customers. In a span of 3 years Karvy DigiKonnect has established itself as a leading provider of contact centre services in the domestic BPO space.

Added few prestigious BFSI clients to the portfolio resulting in an impressive 2000 strong workforce in the first year of going live.

Acquired Sutherland domestic business and expanded footprint to other Indian cities. Entered into new verticals of real estate and government. Overall added 50 clients across industry segments to the portfolio and approximately 12000 headcount.

Continuing with the growth spree we have become a 15000+ people strong organization servicing 60+ clients across industry segments. We strengthened our delivery framework with ISO 27001:2013 and ISO 9001:2008 certifications, setup the Innovation & Automation vertical thus becoming serious contenders for competitors.
